Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Depending on where you place your order from, delivery time and cost may vary. But don't worry, at Súper Belleza we work hard so you can enjoy your Súper Belleza treatment as soon as possible.
Check out the following list to find out when you will receive your order and if you need to pay for shipping.
Mainland Spain: Free on purchases over €49.90, or €4.95 shipping cost / 24-48 hours
Balearic Islands: Free on purchases over €49.90, or €4.95 shipping cost / 3-4 business days
Canary Islands: Free on purchases over €64, or €9.90 shipping cost / 5-7 business days. * If your order exceeds €150, it will incur a Customs Tariff established by the Regional Government, which will always be borne by the recipient.
Portugal: Free on purchases over €49.90, or €4.95 shipping cost / 24-48 hours
International Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Sweden): Free on purchases over €64, or €5.90 shipping cost / 5-6 business days.
*We do not ship orders to Ceuta, Melilla, or outside the EEC.
*We do not ship orders to the Azores and Madeira.
Delivery times correspond to business days, excluding national, regional, or local holidays. During special periods such as sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Christmas, delivery times may be slightly affected.
HOW CAN I TRACK A SHIPMENT?
Once the shipment is processed, you will receive an SMS from Nacex indicating the estimated delivery date. Through tracking, you can manage the delivery of your package: select a preferred time slot, change the delivery date, or request a pickup point. If you wish to change any important information (address, name, etc.) when placing your order, please urgently contact logistica@masderm.com and we will try to resolve it quickly before your order ships.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be contacted via SMS to schedule a second delivery. If you are also absent at the second delivery, the order will remain at the Nacex branch in your area for you to pick up for 15 days. If you do not pick it up, your order will be returned to our central warehouse, and when you claim it, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Remember that you can always contact us at logistica@mail.com with any questions you may have.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
If your order is delayed and you need to track it, arrange a new delivery, change the delivery date, etc., please contact Customer Service. For faster processing, please have your tracking number available.
